LETTER TO AIDA’S NATIONAL SECTIONS
 
REF. STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL DIAGNOSIS OF AIDA’S NATIONAL SECTIONS: GENERAL QUESTIONNAIRE
 
 
Respected President:
 
We address you in order to kindly request your cooperation to answer the following questions, in order for us to be able to make a structural and functional diagnosis of the different National Sections that make up AIDA. This will be analyzed by the Associations Presidential Council.
 
The latter is due to the fact that the Presidential Council is very interested in knowing, with some detail, the Association’s National Sections, as well as to update its information. Therefore, even though AIDA may have some of this information, we would be grateful to receiving it again so that we can confront it with our archives and update it.
 
In this order, you will find a series of questions (ordered by subjects), which we would like you to answer together with your National Section’s directors.
 
Bearing in mind that the answers need to be processed in order to make comparative charts, we would thank you if this questionnaire could be answered before 8th August 2004.
 
For this purpose, we ask you to answer in the most concrete, specific, and orderly way possible, which will facilitate the information analysis.
The questionnaire may be answered in the blank spaces provided below or, if you prefer, you can answer separately following the same order.  Please send your answers to the following two e-mail addresses: acoldese@cable.net.co ; mmendelowitz@blg.co.uk.
