In December 2003 Jean Rogge, Professors Fontaine and
Fagnard and the UPEA hosted a Colloquium in Brussels, Belgium. During
the Colloquium the Presidential Council, Reinsurance Working Party
and Motor Insurance Working Party held meetings.
